Additionally, we independently design and manufacture hardware components like touch controllers, power controllers, LCD drivers, and light controllers used in touchscreens and display devices.
Therefore, we offer various products and customized solutions in the touch and display field, especially for gaming industry hardware, and provide direct technical support.
Q2. How to purchase products and services? What is our response time?
You can organize your requirements and send them via email to Sales@tmdtouch.com. Our sales team will respond within 12 hours.
Q3. What is the delivery time?
Samples: 15-45 days after receiving the sample fee (customized products);
Goods: 15-30 days after receiving the payment.
Q4. What payment methods are available?
T/T, Paypal; full payment is required after placing the order.
Q5. How do you control product quality?
We own our factory, and each product undergoes at least 10 strict quality inspections before shipping.
Q6. What is the warranty period for the products?
The standard product warranty is 1 year, depending on the product. We offer lifetime paid technical support after the warranty period.
Q7. What is your after-sales service?
We provide 7x24 online technical support. If needed, we can dispatch technicians within 3-7 days in Asia, North America, Australia, and Europe.
Q8. What packaging methods and shipping options do you use?
Packaging includes anti-static bags, air cushion bags, pearl cotton pads, and sturdy gravity cartons.
For sea shipping, we provide export wooden crates.
Samples and small quantities are shipped via DHL, FedEx, UPS, with shipping costs borne by the buyer.
Larger quantities are shipped by air or sea, with shipping costs borne by the buyer.
