This Marketing Privacy Notice explains how Shenzhen TMD Technology Co., Ltd., trading as TMDtouch, collects and uses business contact information for customer communication, sales activities and business-to-business marketing.

We do not intend to collect sensitive personal information for marketing purposes.

We do not use marketing email tracking pixels and do not track whether recipients open an email or select links within it.

An unsubscribe applies to marketing communications. We may still send communications necessary to respond to an enquiry, manage an order, provide requested support or comply with a legal obligation.

You may object at any time to the use of your personal information for direct marketing. Once we receive and process such an objection, we will stop using your information for that purpose.

7. Suppression Records

When an email address unsubscribes, objects to marketing, makes a spam complaint or produces a permanent delivery failure, we may retain limited information on a suppression list.

This information is retained only to prevent the email address from being accidentally added to a future marketing campaign.

TMDtouch is located in the People’s Republic of China.

Business contact information covered by this notice is stored and processed in China. Data protection laws in China may differ from the laws applicable in the country where the recipient lives or works.

We do not claim that our processing is covered by an adequacy decision, EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or another international transfer certification unless such an arrangement has been formally implemented.

10. Retention

Marketing contact information is normally reviewed 24 months after the last meaningful business interaction.

Following that review, the information may be deleted, anonymised or retained where:

an active business relationship continues;
there is a continuing enquiry, quotation, order or support request;
retention is required for contractual, financial or legal purposes;
